Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 September 2026

Your agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ANASPIRA (the "App"), provided by Always Alright Ltd ("Always Alright", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms together with the Health & Safety notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Using the app

You may use the app for your own personal, noncommercial use on devices you own or control. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, and not to reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code.

Content and ownership

ANASPIRA and everything in it, including its images, text, design, and code, belong to or are licensed to Always Alright Ltd and are protected by law. You receive only the limited personal licence described above and no other rights.

Wellness guidance only

The app provides general informational and wellness guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care, as set out in the Health & Safety notice, which forms part of these terms.

No warranties

ANASPIRA is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Always Alright Ltd disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted, error free, or suited to your individual needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Always Alright Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any personal injury, loss, or harm arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the app and for judging whether the exercises are suitable for you. You use the app at your own risk and agree to follow the guidance in the Health & Safety notice.

Changes

We may update ANASPIRA or these terms from time to time. If the terms change in a meaningful way, the App will ask you to review and accept the updated terms before you continue using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless the law of another jurisdiction is required to apply. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect.
